This transaction goes outside the box of what most lenders look at, so I am hoping someone out there knows either of a lender who has done a loan like this, or of an owner with a similar situation (owning many properties but not necessarily contiguous like a single apartment complex).

Any advice is appreciated; all we're finding are 7% bank loans with strict LTV and seasoning requirements.
