What is the RICH club, I have heard about in Houston?

The RICH club is the Realty Investment Club of Houston, the largest investor club in Houston and the second largest investor club Nationwide. Here's a brief run down:

"The Realty Investment Club of Houston, established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association serving the real estate investment community of the greater Houston area. The organization, better known today by its acronym RICH, has a history of providing education to Houston area investors for more than 25 years."
"RICH members receive education, networking and discussion of real estate investing, as well as a long list of member benefits and services. Membership includes free admission to many RICH events each and every month—the General Meeting and Trade Show, Monday Night Workshops, and a growing list of Focus Group meetings."
The RICH club has some 2,000 members.
RICH club members include investors and related professionals, such as; lenders, hard money lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance agents, real estate attorneys, accountants. Many of these members make up what is known as the Vendor Members.
